BIM Modeller cum Co-ordinator

About the role

We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller cum Co-ordinator to join our team at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd on a full-time basis. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D building information models to support our engineering and construction projects.

Job Description:-

• Able to take instruction and work independently
• Carry out clash detection and assist in resolving clashes time site construction
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models
• Identify and resolve conflicts and clashes within the BIM models
• Generate reports, drawings, and visualisations from the BIM models
• Provide support and training to project teams on the use of BIM technology

Requirements:-

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination
• Proficient in the use of BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
