Geological Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of soil investigation projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and relevant regulatory authorities
• Planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting of geotechnical data to support construction development
• Geological Risk Assessment
• Generate geological cross-sections and 3D ground models
• To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manages internal and external stakeholders, and drives operational efficiency within the team
• Plan and execute geotechnical and instrumentation installation and monitoring works.
• Site evalution of soil, rock, fault distribution and geological studies on site to determine their engineering properties.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
• Evaluate soil reports and provide recommendations to project teams
• Manage budgets, procurement, and usage of investigation equipment and materials
• Prepare logs, cross-sections, and final as-built documentation
• Contribute to method statements, risk assessments, and ground behavior predictions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in soil investigation or geotechnical engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics and ground investigation techniques
• Able to communicate effectively with Client, Consultants, Management and Subcontractors
