The Senior Associate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of suppliers. This role will involve working with various datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making related to supplier relationships and joint business planning (JBP).
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Analysis and Reporting:
○ Extract, clean, and analyze data related to supplier performance, sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
○ Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
○ Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in supplier performance.
● Supplier Performance Tracking:
○ Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
○ Support the JBP process by providing data-driven insights and performance tracking.
○ Track YTD performance for suppliers.
● Collaboration and Communication:
○ Work closely with procurement, category management, and other teams to ensure alignment on supplier performance objectives.
○ Communicate performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
○ Liaise with suppliers to address performance issues and drive improvement.
● Data Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar field
- Possess excellent IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Team player who is resourceful and able to work independently
