1 year contract under employment agency payroll
Work Location: Walking distance from Bedok MRT
Salary budget up to $3100
Monthly HP claim cap at $50
1 month Completion Bonus and up to 1 month Performance Bonus
Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Office Excel
The Store Admin will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse/store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. This position needs to have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Likely be required to report to work earlier than the regular hours—tentatively at 7.30am (pending confirmation) to receive goods, and may also need to be on standby as needed.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory flow, including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and loading/unloading of goods.
- Allocate items on shelves and ensure proper organization of stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices.
- Conduct annual stock checks and prepare items for self-collection or courier dispatch.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create material requisitions, defect reports, and delivery orders.
- Scan, file, and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with store assistants, delivery drivers, and other stakeholders to schedule jobs and meet deadlines.
- Ensure seamless communication between teams to optimize workflows and resolve issues promptly.
Space Optimization & Safety Compliance:
- Organize warehouse/store space effectively to accommodate incoming shipments.
- Generate lot numbers and improvise packaging/labels based on customer requests.
- Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained, safely stored, and comply with safety standards.
Customer Focus:
- Address customer-specific requirements for packaging, labeling, and delivery.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all interactions with customers and internal teams.
Requirement:
- Singaporean (need to clear pre-employment check and Cat2B clearance)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel for inventory management, documentation, reporting and etc
- 1-4 years relevant Store Admin working experience in store /warehouse environment
- Able to start work in short notice/ immediate
- Able to be on standby
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Can commit for a 1 year contract
