About the role

We are looking for Tender Coordinator to supports and managing tender process for public and private sector architectural projects. The role involves from preparing bid documents, coordinating submissions, reviewing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Support bidding team in reviewing tender documentation and requirements.

  • Coordinate and consolidate inputs from relevant project teams.

  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications and internal formatting standards, maintaining consistency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

  • Prepare, compile, and format tender documents for submission.

  • Assist the bidding team in liaising with clients and vendors to clarify tender requirements.

  • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (e.g., GeBiz, Ariba, Sesami, TenderBoard) will be an advantage.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline; background in architecture, design, or construction is an advantage.

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in project administration, tender coordination, or similar roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A team player with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
