HR & Admin Assistant
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Basic Salary: $2400 - $2600
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, messages, courier arrangements, and general administrative support
- Manage renewal and follow-up of insurance, permits, certifications, and vendor contracts
- Raise purchase orders in SAP and assist with HR-related purchases.
- Maintain staff records including attendance, leave, and personal particulars.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee welfare/events.
- Prepare meeting minutes, coordinate staff training, courses, and medical check-ups.
- Assist in HR, ISO, and GMP documentation, compliance, and policy support.
- Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to details
