Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Bus Technician with a valid Class 4 license to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safe operation of our fleet of public buses. Your role also includes driving buses when required for testing, transfers, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of buses.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air-conditioning systems.
  • Ensure all buses comply with LTA and company safety standards.
  • Drive buses (Class 4 license required) for testing after repairs, depot transfers, or operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Respond to bus breakdowns and provide quick on-site support.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to improve bus performance and reliability.
  • Adhere to workplace safety, health, and environmental policies.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License.
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in heavy vehicles, buses, or trucks preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, braking systems, and electrical components.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (on rotation).
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
