Reports To: Outlet / Area Manager
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Management Trainee to join our F&B team in a food court setting. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and ready to learn all aspects of F&B operations — including cooking, food preparation, customer service, and outlet management. You will undergo comprehensive training and be groomed for future leadership roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including cooking and food preparation according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support day-to-day food court operations such as stall supervision, cleanliness, and hygiene compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, handle inventory, and ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
- Learn and assist in staff scheduling, team supervision, and manpower planning.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., SFA requirements).
- Participate in training across various operational functions (kitchen, service, admin).
- Support sales tracking, vendor coordination, and basic administrative duties.
- Take initiative in improving workflows, service quality, and team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with prior kitchen/cooking experience are welcome.
- Training provided.
- Willingness to be hands-on in cooking and food preparation.
- Passionate about the F&B industry and open to working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks and able to stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
