About the role

RR Express (S) Pte Ltd is seeking dedicated and reliable Riders to join our dynamic team. As a Rider, you will play a crucial role in delivering packages efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction across the North Region. What you'll be doing

  • Collect and deliver packages in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or issues
  • Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the delivery vehicle

What we're looking for

  • A valid driver's license with a strong driving record
  • Experience in a similar delivery or courier role is preferred
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety
