Job Description

  • Provides radiography services in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
  • Conducts special examinations such as MRI, CT scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy and Theatre Radiography.
  • Assists in the care and maintenance of Ultrasound and X-ray machines and radiographic equipment.
  • Participates in departmental activities such as quality assurance and performance appraisal.
  • Attends and contributes to departmental staff meetings.
  • Supervises and directs activities of departmental staff when necessary.
  • Participates in on-call duties.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Radiography or equivalent.
  • Registered with AHPC.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Working knowledge of PACS system
  • To cover on call duties as rostered.
