[What the role is]

Are you a marketing leader who is keen to lead in bringing stories of our heritage to life, and promoting our museums and National Collection to local audiences and beyond?

This role looks at leading the development of a holistic marketing and branding strategy that will expand and strengthen NHB's outreach and engagement with Singaporeans through integrated 360 marketing and digital strategies and campaigns across earned, paid, owned and shared platforms. Having the clarity to identify and recognise communication gaps across NHB, and the creativity and agility to strategically utilise the spectrum of marketing tools and platforms in the media and communications landscape to achieve results is key.

You will be working closely with the different museums and divisions within NHB across various portfolios, attaining quality outreach and engagement for NHB, while balancing this with the unique identities of NHB's museums and various projects and initiatives of the divisions, so that heritage as a whole can be seen as enjoyable and relevant to our daily lives, and core to our sense of identity and belonging as Singaporeans.

[What you will be working on]

  • Lead the team to plan and develop NHB's holistic marketing and branding strategy, including the conceptualisation and execution of integrated 360 marketing and digital campaigns that will enhance NHB and its museums/divisions' branding, as well as outreach and engagement with Singaporeans

  • Oversee content strategy and development across NHB's various owned platforms, including NHB's social pages and heritage portal , that would be relevant, engaging and meaningful for target audience segments

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of personalised marketing plans and media performance, while helping to advance the marketing innovation agenda

  • Oversee and manage NHB's overall digital ecosystem and infrastructure to drive continuous performance and optimisation from awareness to conversion, and subsequent remarketing and retargeting.

  • Facilitate and optimise internal and agency relationships as well as strong partnerships with key partners to complete business plans and drive cross-marketing and database acquisition efforts

  • Build strong relationships with media and content creators, as well as strategic partners to raise awareness and interest of NHB, its museums and initiatives among their communities

  • Mentor and support individual development of the marketing and digital team, and role-model integrated marketing and communications ways of working within and across teams

[What we are looking for]

Marketing Communications Strategy

  • Preferably 10-15 years of marketing experience within agency or client-side marketing team with a good portfolio of managing multi-platform 360 marketing and branding campaigns

Data Analytics

  • A creative approach backed by data insights and a track record of developing innovative, impactful marketing solutions

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to distil complex environments and datasets into clear and actionable insights

  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and various BI tools would be a plus

Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and possess strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and engage across all levels, both internally and externally

Communications & Media Relations

  • Good PR and media relations experience would be a plus to facilitate integrated communications across PR and marketing
