Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our wide range of WSQ- and IBF-funded short courses to individual learners and corporate clients. If you're passionate about education, have strong people skills, and a flair for sales, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective learners through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins to promote suitable short courses

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and KPIs

  • Conduct consultations to understand learners' goals and recommend suitable training programs

  • Handle full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and post-enrollment follow-up

  • Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses in a timely and accurate manner

  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and campaign follow-ups

  • Attend roadshows, course previews, and events to promote courses

  • Build strong relationships with individual and corporate clients

  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold Aventis' reputation as a trusted training provider

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or service industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Passion for lifelong learning and helping others grow

  • Positivity and a good attitude is a must
