Lead Innovation in Education Technology

Join our international school as the Head of IT and play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of our learning community. You will be the strategic leader responsible for all IT infrastructure, systems, and services that empower our students, teachers, and staff.

This is a key leadership position for a visionary individual who can blend technical expertise with a passion for education, ensuring our technology seamlessly supports both classroom learning and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the school's technology roadmap, ensuring our network, cybersecurity, and IT systems are robust, secure, and scalable for the future.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service.
  • Application & Systems Management: Oversee the selection and management of critical educational and administrative platforms (such as iSAMS, Seesaw, or SchoolsBuddy) to enhance the user experience for our entire community.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with academic and administrative leaders to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure technology effectively supports the school's educational mission.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in managing various IT applications, including LMS, SIS, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data management solutions.
  • An exceptional leader and communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build strong relationships across the school.
