We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as a Corporate Secretary. We are open to discussing potential opportunities with candidates for either full-time employment, freelance, or assignment-based roles.

Requirements:

  • ⁠ Must hold a valid ISCA, CSIS, or ACCA certification.
  • Must be registered as a qualified individual with our company.
  • Proven experience in corporate secretarial and financial services is preferred.

Assignment

  • ⁠ ⁠Appoint you as the corporate secretarial
  • ⁠Preparing of financial statements
  • Filing of income tax
  • Filing of GST
  • XBLR services

Details:

  • Engagement is on a freelance / ad-hoc basis
  • Compensation: S$500 – S$800 per assignment, depending on case requirements

We are currently looking for 3–5 individuals to join our nominee director pool.
