Key Responsibilities

  6. Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and internal activities.

  7. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document accuracy.
  8. Support procurement and vendor management tasks.
  9. Communication & Coordination

  10. Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

  11. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  12. Ensure timely flow of information within the organization.
  13. Project Assistance

  14. Assist in the execution of business projects, including data collection, research, and report preparation.

  15. Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables.
  16. Provide support to cross-functional teams when needed.
  17. Other Duties

  18. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

  19. Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail.
