Cleaner

1.     Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and wiping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas such as classrooms, office, pantry, meeting room, window panels, and sanitization according to NEA guidelines.

2.     Empty and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.

3.     Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms facilities and replenish washrooms supplies.

4.     Wipe and disinfect surfaces such as desks, tables, window panels, and fixtures to remove dirt.

5.     Cleaning and maintaining floors which may involve sweeping, mopping, vacuuming to ensure cleanliness and safety.

6.     Ensure properly maintaining and storing cleaning equipment and reporting any equipment issues or malfunctions.

7.     Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs of fixtures, furniture, and equipment, and ensure the upkeep of the premises by identifying and addressing any maintenance needs or damages.

8.     Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

9.     Ensure safety measures are adhered to during operation.

10.  Cooperating and coordinating with other cleaning staff members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

11.  Assists in annual stock count or as and when necessary.

12.  Assists in distributing school uniforms and books.

13.  Assists in arranging tables and chairs for students.

14.  Assists the young students to and from the washrooms within KKIS premises.

15.  Assists in KKIS's promotional and marketing activities such as Open House and Road Shows.

16.  Report emergency situation to supervisor timely.

Any ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by your supervisor.
