Driving Instructor Trainee

Our client is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join as Driving Instructor Trainees. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided, along with a structured career pathway and attractive allowances upon certification.

During Training (~2 months):

• $1,800/month

After Passing Training (N/O/A-Level Holders):

• $1,950 basic + $100 shift allowance + $20 laundry allowance
  
  Total: $2,070/month

After Passing Training (Diploma Holders):

• $2,055 basic + $100 shift allowance + $20 laundry allowance
  
  Total: $2,175/month

• Guide and train learner drivers safely and professionally
• Deliver structured driving lessons following company guidelines
• Provide feedback, coaching, and assessment of learner performance
• Uphold high safety standards at all times

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• Valid Class 3/3A licence with at least 3 years of clean driving record
• Additional licences (2B/2A/2/4/5) are an added advantage
• Bilingual to communicate with diverse learners (must be fluent in English)
• No experience required — training provided

AM Shift

• Mon–Fri: 7:40am – 3:55pm
• Sat: 7:40am – 5:40pm
• Sun: Off

PM Shift

• Mon–Fri: 3:25pm – 10:00pm
• Sat: Off
• Sun: 7:40am – 5:40pm
