Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns for a portfolio of our DTC brands, including daily promotions, new product launches, and major seasonal events (e.g., Black Friday). This includes planning, content coordination, production, deployment, and analysis.
Design, build, and continuously optimize sophisticated automated marketing flows, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty programs to enhance customer LTV.
Develop and implement advanced customer segmentation strategies based on user data (behavioral, demographic, transactional) to deliver highly personalized and relevant content.
Establish and run a scientific A/B testing program to systematically test and optimize key variables, including subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and landing pages, to continuously improve performance metrics.
Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Email, etc.), generating regular performance reports and translating data into actionable insights for strategic adjustments.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within the DTC e-commerce industry.
Proficiency in at least one major Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, etc. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to find insights in data and use them to drive strategy. Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is required.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Experience with other lifecycle channels such as SMS or Push Notifications.
Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
