Job Responsibilities:
- Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events
- Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
- Act as first responder for any defects by using Monitoring and Control (MAC) system
- Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination
- Conduct system health checks to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
- Updating of Preventive & Corrective maintenance logs
- Carry out issue escalation to the appropriate teams or supervisors when required
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational roster
- Comfortable working in a mission-critical, high-tempo environment, such as a naval base or operations center
- Willingness to work onsite at Changi Naval Base (Shuttle bus service available at selected MRT station)
