Electrical Draftsman

Job Description:

• Able to study construction drawings & specifications to understand project requirements.
• Able to study & understand architectural & precast drawings.
• Using CAD Software, Revit (BIM) to create and modify electrical drawings, and able to produce quality 2D/ 3D drawings from scratch using CAD and Revit software.
• Prepare as-built drawings for submission.
• Site Visits (sometimes required) – To visit construction sites to inspect the installation of electrical systems and verify compliance with the drawings.
• Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Maincon.
• Collaborate with Maincon and provide construction layout plans and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare the drawing schedule and update it on the revision drawing number promptly.
• Meticulous and able to work independently as well as a team player.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma holder

Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical projects, specifically HDB projects (BTO/HIP/LUP).

Able to work as a team.

Responsible, detail & careful Attitude.

Good in Microsoft Office, expertise in CAD software and Revit (BIM).

Good communication skills.
