About the Role

The Art Director at FirstCom Academy will lead the creative direction and visual communication of all marketing, branding, and content initiatives. You will oversee the design and production of creative assets that engage learners, strengthen the brand identity, and support campaign objectives across digital, print, and video platforms.

This role blends creative vision with strategic thinking — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong eye for storytelling and brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the creative team, including designers and content writers, to deliver high-impact visual and written content.
  • Plan and oversee the creative production schedule, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Translate brand direction and marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and deliverables.
  • Provide clear creative briefs, feedback, and mentorship to ensure strong visual outcomes.
  • Review and approve design and video outputs before campaign launch.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align creative output with campaign goals and business strategies.
  • Stay updated on design, content, and marketing trends to keep creative execution fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading or managing creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
