Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Massage & Reflexology Therapist to provide our clients with exceptional body massages and foot reflexology treatments. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with a deep understanding of human anatomy and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and delivering high-quality, customized therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of professional body massage treatments, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Aromatherapy massage.
  • Administer expert foot reflexology sessions based on clients' needs and health conditions.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with new and returning clients to assess their needs, health history, and contraindications before starting a session.
  • Develop and propose personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of regular therapy and recommend suitable follow-up treatments or home care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by sanitizing tools, changing linens, and ensuring the treatment room is always pristine.
  • Keep accurate and confidential client records of all sessions and treatment plans.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
  • Assist with light reception duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Certification: Professional certification in Massage Therapy and/or Foot Reflexology from a recognized and accredited institution (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, WSQ, or equivalent).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience as a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in a range of body massage techniques (Swedish and Deep Tissue are essential).

In-depth knowledge of reflexology points and their corresponding effects on the body.

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

A compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

Strong listening skills to understand client needs accurately.

Good physical stamina to perform multiple treatments per day.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong sense of integrity.
