Job Description

  • Position Title: Manual Lathe Turning Operator
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 6 Days (Mon - Sat), rotating12-hours shifts (8.30am – 8.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manual lathe machines to produce precision components, according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Set up and calibrate lathe machines by selecting appropriate tools, setting speeds, and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Inspect completed components to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance of machines, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Identify and resolve machining issues, making necessary adjustments to ensure product accuracy and quality.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
