Dental Clinic Receptionist

Singapore B & F Dental Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a capable and friendly Clinic Assistant to create a good patient experience and be the face of B & F Dental Clinic.
You should exhibit a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care and have a happy and positive disposition.
**Dental Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and assisting patients.
- Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, etc.
- Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.
- Claims submission for CHAS and Insurance Panels.
- Mediating between patients and healthcare providers.
- Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures.
- Other administrative duties as required. Learning basic dental assisting procedures.

**Clinic Assistant Requirements**:
Positive customer-service mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to speak and type fluent English and Mandarin.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to assist and reassure patients.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks as directed by management.
**Schedule**
Shift work based on a monthly roster:
**5 Day Work Week**:
- Includes 3 Days (9.30am - 9pm) and 2 Days (9.30am to 6pm)
**Must be able to work one weekend per week as rostered.**
**Closed on PH.
**Preferred**:
Experience in healthcare setting.
Experienced with clinic software: 'Plato'.
