Clinic Receptionist (5.5 Days Office Hours @ Farrer Park Medical Centre)

BJIOS Orthopaedics is a one-stop centre for orthopaedic needs in Singapore

Responsibilities:

Reception duties such as greet and register patients, schedule appointment and process payment
Handle incoming calls & emails inquires
Assist on TPA, Insurances and Medisave processing claims
Arrange Imaging, Laboratory and Hospital Admission
Chaperone Doctors and assist in administrative and clinical support
Conduct stock-taking and ensure accuracy
Provide Financial counselling and coordinating of patient surgeries
Reports to Nurse Manager

Requirements:

Candidates at least (GCE) N Level or above
Fresh grades with No work experience are welcome
Some medical knowledge in billing software & Insurance Claims is highly preferred
Openness to learn new skills set and follow SOP standards
Ability to multi-task and priorities
Proficiency in Mandarin is essentialfor effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
Able to start work in short notice
Salary based on relevant experience within the healthcare industry
