Accounts & Operations Analyst

Changi, Singapore KIAN HO PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Scope:


• Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and full set GL functions.


• Provide operations support in terms of inventory planning, getting quotations, setting prices, and processing orders ensuring paperwork is filed properly.


• Prepare monthly operations reports and sales commission computation.


• Review quarterly GST submission and prepare yearly ECI computation


• Prepare Group monthly consolidation, financial reports and analysis.


• Handle all statutory reporting requirements and external audit processes.


• Manage the tax compliance and develop internal controls, policies and procedures.


• Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.


• Ad-hoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.

Requirement:


• At least 3 years of experience in accounting


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.


• Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.


• Ability to work under stress with good sense of responsibility and attention to details.
