About the role

Join INDEX HOLDING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD as an Event Co-ordinator in our Orchard Central Region office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences at our dynamic events and conferences.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to event inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and attendees to ensure seamless event operations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for events
  • Collect and analyse event data to generate insights and recommendations for future improvements
  • Maintenance of database and generating new data
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events and vendor management for on-site execution
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events

What we're looking for

· years of experience in event coordination or a related field

·       Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders

·       Familiarity with event management software and technology

·       Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
