JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain Rope Access projects and equipments

  • Conduct training and monitor Rope Access knowledge amongst technicians

  • Manage and maintain IRATA audits

  • Carry out company capabilities expansion with respect to Rope Access

  • Maintenance of Rope Access equipment

  • Maintenance and archiving of Rope Access documentation and procedures

  • Bidding / commercial proposal / technical proposals for projects

  • Develop project method statements / risk assessments

  • Budget / Monitor / control of project progress

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS (must haves/essentials to be in bold, others in regular font)

  • Well-conversant with Rope Access techniques

  • Clear and confident command of English with good presentation skills

  • Impeccable Microsoft office skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)

  • Resourceful and independent (able to quickly solve problems)

  • Proven and strong leadership qualities

  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment

  • Experience in carrying out rope access projects (Beneficial)
