Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and plating in a precise and organised manner.
  • Prepare ingredients, follow recipes accurately, and ensure consistency in all dishes.
  • Support daily mise-en-place and maintain clean workstations.
  • Work efficiently during service, managing time and tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
  • Contribute to menu development and fusion ideas when required.
Requirements
  • Prior culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine, flavours, spices, and techniques is highly preferred.
  • Strong commitment to hygiene, punctuality, and kitchen discipline.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take direction well and communicate effectively.
  • Passion for learning and progressing in the culinary field.
