  • Preferably experienced in chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, biotech, aseptic manufacturing, or project environments.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in manufacturing operations (USP/DSP/SHF) and execute tasks according to the production schedule, GMP standards, and HSE guidelines.
  • Perform equipment and room cleaning, sterilization, changeover support, and manage equipment parts and consumables.
  • Handle material movement, dispensing, raw material ordering, and waste management, including liquid waste pre-treatment.
  • Conduct sampling, aliquoting, in-process controls, and delegated environmental monitoring for clean rooms, water, and steam systems.
  • Review batch records accurately and on time; document all activities in compliance with GMP requirements.
  • Monitor equipment for abnormalities, take immediate corrective actions, and report issues to managers and QA.
  • Support HSE compliance, incident reporting, internal audits, and maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready production area (5S, housekeeping).
  • Perform ERP/LIMS transactions, support investigations (deviations, OOS/OOE), and manage work permits when needed.
  • Contribute to production planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and assigned operational or project-based tasks.
