Apprentice Technician

You will be working in a medical device/ pharmaceutical plant to save lives.

1. To perform manual assembly of product / loading & unloading of assembly product on the assembly line and in packing line per product specification.
2. Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) to support Daily Production activities and manage an average of 2 to 3 machines group to meet desired output target and product quality.
3. Apply Total Preventive Maintenance methodology to sustain machines performance. Perform machine start-up challenge, operate machine, manage material top up and manage products packaging, transferring and machines cleaning per written procedures.
4. Apply Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. Perform basic machines troubleshooting, clear jammed sets and reset machine errors.
5. To perform workstation cleaning as per SOP requirement.
6. Able to identify assembly component parts and describe defect types in English.
7. Responsible for complying with EHS procedures, GMP, 6s, and regulatory requirements, implement continuous improvement ideas via Hazards and Kaizen identification.

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• Fresh NITEC (NTC) holder are welcome

• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical or control engineering

• Computer literacy preferred
