What we want:

  • Receive, check quantity & verify incoming parts shipments.

  • Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.

  • Participate in regular stock exercise and ensure all stocks area are kept tidy for ease of picking

  • Manage return goods from customers, informed sales team of item condition.

  • Provide documentation to sales accounts for credit note.

  • Coordinate delivery methods with freight forwarder and customers.

  • keep storeroom clean, safe & well organize.

  • Support other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirement:

  • ITE or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year warehouse experience, inventory or logistics is an advantage.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license required, as this role involves travelling to various job site.
  • Strong attention to details, with good problem solving and follow up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good to have, Forklift license
