We are looking for an exceptional candidate to oversee the overall operational management of the group's regional data centers. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing operational strategies to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of data center equipment and systems. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to supervise the daily operations and maintenance of the data centers while achieving cost control and efficiency optimization.

What you will be responsible for:

• Data Center Operations Management: Fully responsible for the daily operations management of regional data centers, including equipment operation, maintenance, energy consumption management, and service monitoring.
• Facility Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the monitoring, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution for all facilities (such as power, cooling, and network) within the server room, ensuring 24/7 stable operation.
• Emergency and Incident Management: Respond promptly to emergencies and repairs, develop and implement recovery strategies to minimize impact.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Build and manage an efficient operations team, ensure continuous skill development of team members, assign tasks, and supervise execution.
• Energy Efficiency Optimization: Analyze data center operational metrics, optimize energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and meet sustainability goals.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operational processes comply with regulations and international industry standards.
• Vendor and Equipment Management: Liaise with external suppliers and oversee equipment leasing, contract management, and service evaluation.
• Reporting and Analysis: Regularly present operational reports to senior management, providing insights into efficiency and performance metrics.
• Project Management: Support the expansion and upgrade projects for the data center and assist in the setup and commissioning of new data centers.

How you will stand out:

• Education Requirements:
  
  - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience Requirements:
  
  - Over 8 years of experience in data center management, with preference given to candidates with cross-regional management and large-scale data center operations.
  
  - Familiar with the operation of high, medium, and low voltage systems, cooling systems, and power supply equipment (UPS, batteries, diesel generators, etc.).
• Technical Expertise:
  
  - Extensive technical background in power systems, cooling systems, and facilities management.
  
  - Familiarity with DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software and other data center monitoring tools.
  
  - Basic knowledge of server and network hardware debugging and maintenance.
• Soft Skills:
  
  - Strong leadership capabilities, team-building experience, and goal-driven habits.
  
  - Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a strong ability to execute and manage projects effectively.
  
  - Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate fluently with international collaborative teams.
