Job Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable and accounts payable management:

  1. Responsible for supplier invoice verification, processing payment requests, and entering accounting entries into the SAP system.

  2. Responsible for accounts receivable accounting, tracking customer reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection progress.

  3. Conduct regular account reconciliations with customers, suppliers, prepare accounts receivable and payable analysis reports, and track overdue accounts.

Fixed asset accounting:

  1. Record asset acquisition, depreciation, and disposal vouchers; maintain asset ledgers.

  2. Prepare relevant financial statements in conjunction with the annual asset count.

Cashier duties: Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts and bills, handle settlement procedures for receipts and payments, maintain daily ledgers, and perform monthly closing.

Complete invoice issuance, invoice verification, invoice management, bank drafts and archiving, and prepare daily cash flow reports.

Complete the statistical report : Prepare and submit within the specified timeframe, ensuring all indicators and data in the reports are true and accurate.

Accounting documents and records management : Organize, bind, and properly store accounting vouchers, ledgers, statements, and other financial records.

Other responsibilities:

  1. Participate in and cooperate with internal and external audits, providing required information and explanations.

  2. Perform other duties as assigned by leader.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting or related fields;

  2. More than 3 years of accounting experience in construction or fit-out companies.

  3. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese;

  4. Only limited to Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  2. More than 10 years of financial management experience in construction enterprises, including at least 5 years of overseas financial management experience

  3. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese;

  4. Only limited to Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
