KOMO Scalp & Hair Wellness is a modern, science-backed wellness center focused on holistic scalp care, premium hair treatments, and wellness-driven beauty experiences.

We combine advanced trichology techniques, natural botanicals, and exceptional customer service to deliver visible results and lasting confidence.

As we expand in Singapore's premium retail scene, we are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead operations and ensure excellence across our flagship center in Orchard Central and future outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Orchard Central flagship and additional outlets (if any).
  • Lead, coach, and motivate branch managers, consultants, and therapists to achieve sales and service KPIs.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure consistent customer experience aligned with KOMO brand values.
  • Monitor P&L performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop staff training programs in collaboration with the HQ training & marketing team.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives, membership sales, and partnership activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma,etail Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail, beauty, spa, or wellness management (multi-outlet experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team development.
  • Passionate about wellness, beauty, and delivering premium customer experiences.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers), Malay,Bahasa are bonus to have
