Working Hours:

  • Days Off: Sunday (PM), Mondays
  • Candidates should be available to work on weekends.

Your Role at Hess Academy:

  • Inspire: Lead engaging and interactive English classes for primary-level students using both physical classroom settings and dynamic online platforms.
  • Create: Craft compelling learning materials with Hess Academy's extensive content library and syllabus frameworks.
  • Connect: Establish strong relationships through effective student and parent management, ensuring continuous communication and feedback.
  • Promote: Actively contribute to marketing content to boost student engagement and outreach.
  • Support: Perform necessary administrative tasks related to class management to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 Years of Teaching/Tutoring Experience in Primary Level English
  • Strong Written & Presentation Skills
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
  • Proficient in the use of a writing tablet to conduct classes
  • Mastery of the Primary English syllabus and being able to contribute to syllabus development
