Job Description

  • Supervise, coordinate, and oversee ducting installation works at project sites.
  • Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to ducting workers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor progress of ducting works, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation, alignment, sealing, and support in accordance with ACMV/ducting standards.
  • Manage and control manpower, materials, and tools to minimize wastage and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, conducting toolbox meetings and safety briefings when required.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues related to ducting installation in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in ducting field, preferably in ACMV / construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ducting systems, fabrication, and installation.
  • Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Familiar with workplace safety practices and regulations.
