About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Application Specialist to join our team. In this on-site role, you will analyse business needs, design and implement solutions and support system enhancements using the latest SAP technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reduce errors and optimise processes. This role also offers the opportunity for training at our Germany HQ to deepen your knowledge of our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions through customization or new development.
  • Document requirements, coordinate enhancements and manage related project activities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and support partners where required.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for end-users on assigned SAP applications.
  • Drive productivity enhancements, cost reductions and process improvement initiatives with other departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Practical experience in SAP application development, customization or solution implementation.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for training at Germany HQ.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP Workbench.
  • Customizing knowledge in one or more SAP modules such as PP/APO, PLM, QM or BW.
