We are looking for Team Leader (Rose Veranda) to join our team

  • Supervise and coordinate daily dining service operations

  • Lead and support the service team to ensure excellent guest experiences

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

  • Oversee order taking, food delivery, and service flow

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

  • Train and coach junior staff on service standards and procedures

  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean, organized, and properly set up

  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance on the floor
