Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, mobile devices, and related systems to ensure stable operations of office equipment and software.
· Provide daily technical support and helpdesk services, including diagnosing and resolving common issues related to accounts, networks, and system applications.
· Ensure IT security by safeguarding against data breaches, network vulnerabilities, and cyber threats.
· Develop and maintain IT policies, perform IT asset inventory and management, and improve overall IT governance standards.
· Set up user workstations and mobile devices, including installation, configuration, and support.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including account setup and network configuration, and ensure timely resolution.
· Follow up with users to confirm systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting.
· Support internal process improvements and digital transformation projects (e.g., ISO27001) to enhance information security and operational efficiency.
· Provide IT support for projects that require technical expertise.
· Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support in a timely manner.
· Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
· At least 1 year of relevant experience
· Minimum Diploma in IT or other relevant fields
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
· Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
