About The Client

The client is the premier growth and IP studio shaping culture on Telegram. We specialize in launching high-impact sticker campaigns, digital collectibles, and gamified brand activations for the worlds most recognizable brands.

Our clients include Pudgy Penguins, Doodles, Azuki, Claynosaurs, Disney, Lamborghini, and more. We work directly with the TON Foundation to build Telegram-native experiences that scale across millions of users. From IP licensing to digital commerce, we are defining the next era of social engagement and monetization.

The Role

Were looking for a Telegram-native Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a deep understanding of gaming mechanics, bots, and digital ecosystems. Youll lead all technical operations - from infrastructure and app development to bot creation and system integrations. Your mission: build world-class sticker tools and Telegram apps that fuel our clients global success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the technical vision for the clients Telegram-based platform and sticker systems
  • Lead development of sticker-related bots, tracking dashboards, and gamification systems
    Architect scalable backend infrastructure for high-traffic activations
  • Integrate TON blockchain features including payments, wallets, NFTs, and more
  • Hire and manage developers, contractors, and cross-functional technical teams
    Work directly with IP partners and TON Foundation engineers to deploy secure, fast, and fun user experiences
  • Develop robust analytics tools and distribution pipelines for sticker performance
  • Ensure all infrastructure is modular, scalable, and compliant with Telegram platform best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience building Telegram bots or Mini Apps
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 (TON preferred), wallets, and smart contract integration
  • Familiarity with scalable infrastructure (e.g., Firebase, AWS, , TypeScript)
  • Background in gaming or gamified product development
    Strong leadership skills and comfort building from scratch in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skillsespecially with founders, creators, and strategic partners
