Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out hydrogen peroxide purification procedures and associated tasks.
- Performing ammonium hydroxide blending operations and related duties.
- Operating process facilities and handling all associated activities.
- Execute maintenance procedures for processes and related assignments.
- Organizes workforce allocation, directing team members during maintenance work on relevant machinery and instrumentation.
- Ensures all operations, procedures, equipment, instruments, and facilities comply with specified standards for quality and safety.
- Arranges and oversees preventive maintenance, calibration, and related functions for the above processes.
- Ensures all relevant equipment and instruments are maintained within required inventory limits.
- Reviews process performance for ongoing enhancement and manage statistical process control monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge on Auto-CAD is an added advantage.
