Trademark Executive

• Assist lawyers in the filing, prosecution, and management of trademark applications.

• Advise clients on trademark laws, procedures, strategies, and recommended courses of action.

• Calculate, docket, and monitor critical deadlines to ensure timely actions.

• Review trademark specifications, search results, and examination reports.

• Any other matters/ projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity

• Analytical, well-organised, and able to work independently with strong initiative

• Possesses a positive work attitude and a collaborative team spirit

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications.
