Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Assist in the daily management of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) including product listings, pricing updates, and content optimization.
  • Support marketing campaigns by preparing promotional materials, uploading banners, and coordinating with the design/creative team.
  • Assist in content creation for product listings, social media, and marketing campaigns (e.g., copywriting, simple visuals, product descriptions).
  • Help with social media content planning and scheduling to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment during campaigns.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, updating marketing calendars, and handling marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva/Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
