Role Purpose


To support the preparation of pursuing proposals for power system projects by consolidating technical and commercial inputs, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and delivering submission ready offers that support LS ELECTRIC's strategic growth.

This role executes and manages the groundwork, documentation, and coordination to make decisions actionable, obtain relevant management approvals and quality submissions that are accurate.

Key Responsibilities


Tender & Administrative Support

·       Strictly follow and execute the assigned task within timelines.

·       Compile tender submissions, integrating inputs from factories.

·       Maintain trackers, schedules, and approval logs to ensure timely and error-free submissions.

·       Document clarification responses, track progress for ongoing tenders, organize follow-up actions and escalate, where necessary.

Coordination & Liaison

  • Request and track vendor quotations; compile comparative summaries for review.
  • Support internal approval workflows by preparing required documents ahead of deadlines.

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Ensure version control, formatting consistency, and compliance of all submissions with internal standards.
  • Manage document version control and implement quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support handover of secured opportunities to project teams with complete documentation packages for tender closure and transitions.

Requirements


·       Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

· years experience in tendering, engineering, or project support (open to fresh graduates with strong aptitude).

·       Experience in Transmission & Distribution and/or Power Systems preferred.

·       Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

·       Strong communication skills, comfortable working across regions and time zones.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project scheduling is a plus.
