We are looking for people who enjoy creating positive experiences and helping others have a good time. If you love engaging people, thinking on your feet, and bringing energy into a room, you may be the person we are looking for.

What you'll do:

* Be the lead voice and energy of the event

* Welcome participants, explain games, and keep the crowd excited

* Build rapport quickly and help people feel relaxed and included

* Work with facilitators to ensure positive flow

Success in this role looks like:

* A room that is excited, engaged, and responding to you

* Smooth transitions between games and segments

* Clients feeling confident and well taken care of

Must-have skills:

* Confident public speaking

* Ability to read the room and adapt

* Clear, warm communication

* Enjoys energising and connecting with people

Nice-to-have:

* Hosting, theatre, performing arts, or public speaking experience

WORK DETAILS

* Engagement: Part-time / freelance / project-based
