Key Responsibilities

  • Design Proposals
    Create customized design ideas using PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and other tools to suit each client's lifestyle and preferences.

  • Upselling with Style
    Recommend and upsell furniture and accessories that elevate both the beauty and function of the space.

  • Understanding Client Needs
    Work closely with customers to understand their needs, tastes, and how they use their space—then suggest fitting design solutions.

  • Sales & Product Presentation
    Present our range of luxury brands with confidence and professionalism. Help clients discover complementary pieces to increase value and satisfaction.

  • Building Client Relationships
    Deliver excellent customer service and follow up after sales to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Trend Awareness & Brand Representation
    Stay updated on interior design trends and new product lines, while always representing the QSquare by Marquis brand with pride.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Background in interior design or furniture retail preferred

  • Sales-driven and self-motivated

  • Good sense of color, materials, and space styling

  • Strong communication and people skills
