**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects under the guidance of senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results on time and within budget
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation
- Assist in developing marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, projects, and other responsibilities
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
