We are looking for a talented and motivated Protocol Engineer to join our dynamic Research & Development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of interpreting and implementing next-generation protocols like Ethernet, UEC, and UAlink, turning complex specifications into real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and verifying the technologies that connect the world. Your key duties will include:
- Drive Protocol Research & Development: Take the lead on the technical interpretation and research of key industry protocols including Ethernet, UEC, and UAlink.
- Design and Verify Cutting-Edge Solutions: Collaborate closely with our R&D team to design test cases and perform simulation verification, ensuring our designs meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
- Leverage Data and AI for Innovation: Use advanced tools like MATLAB, OPNET, and AI-powered assistants to process performance data, mine insights, and enhance our technical documentation.
- Become a Technical Knowledge Hub: Create, review, and organize critical technical documentation. You will also facilitate technology sharing and cross-department communication to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies.
What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Some experiences in protocol analysis, design, or verification. Direct experience with Ethernet, UEC, or UAlink will give you a significant advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency in SystemVerilog and Python, with hands-on experience using EDA tools for simulation.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills, with the ability to independently understand and work with complex technical documents.
- A sharp mind, with a strong learning agility, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
