We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to join our supply chain team. This role is key in ensuring smooth shipping, import/export operations, and warehouse coordination, supporting our regional manufacturing and distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with shipping lines to ensure smooth shipping operations.
  • Handle import/export bookings and submit shipping instructions to carriers.
  • Coordinate with local transporters to arrange timely local shipments.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any logistics issues.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company SOPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, and warehouse) to meet delivery requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Familiar with import/export regulations and shipping documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
    Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
